Operator extrusion
REK Europe BV is a specialist in processing plastic waste into high-quality plastic granulate. This family business is characterized by short and direct communication lines and a pleasant working atmosphere. In recent years, significant investments have been made in the machine park and in business operations, which has resulted in significant growth. The function
As an extrusion operator you are responsible for producing the granules within the set specifications. You work in a team to get the optimal return from the extrusion lines. Within the team you have an independent working attitude and you are quality-oriented. You ensure a safe and good production process. You like to work in a 3 shift system

Tasks
Your tasks as an extrusion operator include:
• Check process values
• Adjust process values
• Carrying out color tests
• Measuring the Melt Flow Rate
• Administration of production
• Communicate with the team leader about work progress
• Troubleshoot common malfunctions

Job requirements
• You have experience in a process environment. It is an advantage if you have a technical diploma such as Vapro, operator A/B.
• You have a forklift certificate
• You are flexible
• You master the Dutch language
• You are a go-getter and not afraid of a little dust
